highly efficient and stable ICT environment making full use of industry standards, best practices and disciplines
based upon stable and reliable technologies. .”

a) Updates on all new versions.
b) Updates on all patches and fixes.
c) Maintenance.
d) Subscriptions for all applicable subscription services covered by the licenses.
e) Production support coverage – telephonic and email support..

“The Electoral Commission currently has the following combined VMware software quantities with production
support coverage:
a) Production Support Coverage VMWare vSphere 6 Enterprise for 1 processor : 60 Units (i.e. Licencing
for 60 processors)
b) Production Support Coverage VMWare vCenter Server 6 Standard for vSphere 5: 3 Units (i.e. 3
licences).
